Hailing from Atlanta Georgia, owner of Lovely Layers, Chef Antoinette decided this was her passion back in 2006, after countless requests for specialty cakes from family and friends. From birthdays, to weddings, or just clients wanting something to satisfy their sweet tooth, she knew this was the road she should take.

 

In 2011, she decided to pack up her bags and move to New York City to pursue her dreams. She studied Professional Baking and Pastry at the Culinary Academy of Long Island and became a Pastry Chef. Although she was trained with Italian influence, she has stayed grounded with her southern roots and put her twist on baking.
